A Green Solution strives to process, ship and delivery your order of our Anolyte-based products or wellness products in the fastest possible manner. We make use of a third-party courier service to get your orders to you as safely and as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and depending on which shipping method you have selected at checkout; shipping times vary from 1 to 7 business days. While our couriers aim to adhere to their estimated shipping times, there may be potential delays due to high order volumes, holiday delays or other reasons that may be out of A Green Solution’s control once your order has been handed over for delivery.
The shipping estimates below are designed to include delivery estimate times to more rural areas, deliveries that are sent to larger cities and towns may arrive earlier.

We do not offer in-store pickup as we are based online.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Checking Your Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our preferred courier partners are able to ship to P.O boxes, however they make use of their own vendors to complete the deliveries and cannot advise estimated shipping times. As a result, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes in order to ensure your orders get to you as soon as possible.
Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or exchange the item to one of your choosing minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
