A Green Solution aims to excel in the area of customer satisfaction as we know how frustrating it can be when there is something wrong with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully as we take every care to provide you with quality Anolyte-bases products and wellness products.

Returns

You have 3 calendar days once your order has been delivered to inform us that you would like to either exchange or return an item. We process refund and exchange requests on a case by case basis and require the items to be unopened, unused and in their original condition in order to be eligible for processing. For any return, exchange or refund request, we will refund or credit you the full amount of the item in question minus shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@agreensolution.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment or issue with store credit, depending on your preferred refund method). You will receive the refund within 7 business days depending on your card issuer's policies, whereas store credit will be made available within 1 business day.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
